Walk n Fork/ Bow Food Package – Any 3 walk-n-fork items

Canapé and Walk n Fork/Bowl Food Package – Any 2 canapés and 2 walk-n-fork items 
$55 per person + GST 

Extra Canapés can be added to the above packages for an additional $6.5 per item + GST 

Extra Walk-n-Fork or Bowl Food items can be added to the above packages for an additional $16 per item + GST  

Cold Canapés

  • Goat cheese, beetroot and walnut tartlet with basil oil (v)
  • Cheddar and cumin twist with fig chutney (v)
  • Smoked salmon blini with cream cheese and dill
  • Cambridge Peking duck pancake with hoisin sauce and oriental greens (df)
  • Sticky pork and chestnut relish with coriander and a corn patty (NGA, df)
  • Seared lamb loin with beetroot relish, kumara rosti, cumin and Greek yoghurt (NGA,)
  • Pink peppercorn crusted beef eye fillet with a potato rosti, bearnaise sauce and crispy shallots (NGA)

Hot Canapés

  • Zucchini and feta fritters with pomegranate and lemon whipped goat’s cheese (v)

  • Shrimp popcorn with lime aioli
  • Korean fried chicken bites with chili, soy, and maple syrup (NGA, df)

Bao Buns and Sliders 
  • Market fish slider with tartare sauce (max 100 items)
  • Fried tofu bao bun with fried tofu, kimchi, and chili jam (vegan)
  • Satay chicken bao bun with fresh chili, pickled cucumber, and peanuts
  • Honey-glazed sticky pork belly bao bun with coriander, spring onions and turmeric slaw
  • Massaman pulled pork slider with apple and Asian slaw
  • Mini double cheese slider with chipotle aioli, tomato relish and gherkins

Bowl Food

  • 24 hours beef cheek with truffle mash, pancetta,  mushroom and a pinot jus (NGA)
  • Oven braised lamb shank (half) with potato rosti, curry oil and braising jus (NGA, df)

$38.50 per person + GST (minimum of 30 people)

Frequently asked questions

When do I need to confirm my order?

Your menu selects must be confirmed when the booking contract is signed, and no less than 10 days prior to your event. 

Do you cater to allergies?

Yes! Please advise your event manager of any allergies when confirming your guest numbers. 

What happens if my guest numbers change on the day?

We will do our best to accommodate, but can not make any promises!
