Things to Know

  • Decide whether you will be running a tab, cash bar or mixture of both
  • Costs for bar staff and a duty manager are included as long as the minimum spend is reached
  • Security is a requirement for any function where alcohol is being served
  • Substantial catering is required for events where alcohol is available
  • Alcohol service will conclude 30 minutes before guest departure
  • Select either the standard or premium selection, and the beverages noted on that list will be available during service

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can we BYO? We only allow BYO wine and Champagne for wedding receptions, charity events and RAYC members - BYO fees apply
  • Can I remove some of the selections from the list? Of course! 
  • Can I add something to the list? If there is something specific that you would like, let us know and we can source it through our suppliers
  • Do you do a per person package? Yes, these start from $50 per person + GST
  • Can I take any left over wine home? Sorry no, we do not hold an off license 
  • What time are you licensed till? Midnight. Please note that we end alcohol service 30 minutes before guests are due to depart
